Why log your WODs?
Because WODs come back. When the coach repeats a workout from months ago, knowing your time, your rounds or the weight you used is the difference between training and training to improve. The same goes for your lifts: 75 % only helps if you know what it is 75 % of.
What BoxLog logs
- The WOD, as it was on the whiteboard. Take a photo and BoxLog types the workout for you (how it reads the board).
- Your score, the box you trained at, a video and your notes.
- Your lifts: your best in every movement, with its history and the percentages of your 1RM already calculated (try the calculator).
- Your stats: your week, month and year of training, day by day, weeks in a row and the WOD types you do most.
Logging a WOD, in three steps
- After class, take a photo of the whiteboard.
- BoxLog types the workout as it is, with the box's shorthand.
- Add your score. It is in your history.
Which workouts does it work for?
Any WOD at your box: For Time, AMRAP, EMOM, RFT, strength, weightlifting or gymnastics, and your best lift in every movement.
