BoxLog

Terms of Use

BoxLog · Version 2 · In effect from: 23 October 2026

1. What this is

These terms govern your use of BoxLog, an app for logging your training and, if you want, sharing it with friends (contact: hola@boxlogtraining.com). By creating an account you accept these terms and confirm you have read our Privacy policy.

2. Minimum age

You must be at least 14 to create an account and use Social. By accepting these terms you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

4. Your content

What you log and post (workouts, photos, videos, comments) is yours. So the app can work, you let us store it, copy it and show it to the people you choose — your approved followers — for as long as you share it. That permission ends when you delete it, make it private or delete your account. Only post content you have the right to share, including photos with other people in them.

5. Social's rules — zero tolerance

BoxLog is for training and cheering each other on. We do not tolerate content or behaviour that:

Anyone who breaks these rules may have their content removed and their account suspended or deleted, without notice.

6. Reporting and blocking

You can report any post, comment or profile from the "⋯" menu or by pressing and holding a comment, and block anyone from their profile. We review reports as soon as we can and act by removing the content or suspending the account where it is warranted. You can also write to hola@boxlogtraining.com.

7. Whiteboard reading can be wrong

The feature that turns a whiteboard photo into text uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Always check the result before saving it.

8. Your health

BoxLog is a training log, not a medical service or a coach. The figures it shows (estimated maxes, percentages) are a guide. Train at your own level and, if you have doubts about your health, see a professional.

9. The service

BoxLog is free. We do our best for it to work well and never to lose your data, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, improve or withdraw features; if we ever stopped offering accounts, we would tell you in good time so you could keep your data.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from using the app, nor for content posted by other people. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

11. If you close, or we close, your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete it if you break these terms. Either way we delete what we keep about you, as the Privacy policy explains.

12. Changes to these terms

We will only change them for a valid reason: a new feature, a change in the law or in the services we rely on, or the safety of the community. If a change is important, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email and in the app, explaining what changes — unless the law or safety requires it sooner, in which case we will still tell you. When it takes effect, the app will ask you to accept the new terms to keep using your account. If you disagree, you can delete your account at any time, free of charge, in the app or by writing to us. Minor changes (wording, typos) do not alter your rights and need no notice.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live.
